Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid, remote & in person at ISHKAR’s office (6b Blackbird Yard, 57A Ravenscroft St, London E2 7QG)
Work days: 2.5 days a week, ideally Mondays and Thursdays (10am-6pm) + half day on the weekday of your choice
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata
Reports to: Creative Director & Commercial Director

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time role will manage our marketing and social media efforts, driving engagement, expanding our reach, and building the Ishkar community. 


As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's online presence and customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling captivating content, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our brand's voice is consistent across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, with a passion for growing the brand through innovative marketing strategies.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Email Marketing: 
- Manage and grow Ishkar’s presence across its social media platforms. 
- Create, schedule, and manage content that aligns with brand identity and objectives.
- Create and deliver standout content including reels, carousels, captions, and cross-platform stories, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic. 
- Write persuasive copy for posts, captions, and newsletters. Maintain a consistent editorial voice and tone, reflective of the brand's identity.
- Craft email newsletters and manage CRM systems (Klaviyo) for personalised customer communications.
- Regularly analyse social media performance metrics and present monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support light community management, engaging with followers and fostering conversations.


Web & SEO:
- Grow organic traffic (SEO / GPT-SEO).
- Optimise navigation, product pages, checkout, and merchandising, aligning with search engine best practices.
- Identify relevant and high-volume keywords to target in website content and strategy.
- Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content & blog-posts that incorporate target keywords.
- Conduct technical website audits.


Digital Advertising:
- Assist with the development and execution of paid media campaigns on Meta.
- Analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to derive insights and optimize future strategies
- Drive continuous performance improvements through A/B testing, creative iteration, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation & email marketing for a design, lifestyle, or luxury brand. 
- Experience in SEO & digital advertising is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Sistrix are a plus.
- Culturally aware, creatively curious, and plugged into design and interiors trends.
- Confident interpreting analytics to inform strategy and adapt content.
- Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
